Welcome to QuickDrive. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, including passengers and drivers.

1. General Terms

QuickDrive provides a platform to connect passengers with drivers for transportation services. All rides booked through the app are subject to availability and compliance with these terms.

2. Driver's Platform Fee and Fare Deduction

Drivers ("Cabbies") are required to pay a platform fee for each ride completed. This fee will be deducted directly from the total fare for the ride. In the case where the driver's account shows no amount due, the platform fee will be deducted from the fare amount. However, if there is any outstanding balance, the fare amount will first be used to settle it.

3. Platform Fee Percentage

A percentage of each ride's fare will be retained by QuickDrive as a platform fee. This fee covers the operational and maintenance costs of the platform. The percentage may vary and will be communicated to drivers during onboarding.

4. Driver Verification Requirements

To ensure safety and compliance, all drivers must submit valid documents for verification. These include:

• A valid driver’s license.
• Vehicle registration documents.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Government-issued identification (e.g., Passport, National ID).
• Background check clearance (if applicable).

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must ensure accurate information is provided when booking a ride. Payment for rides must be completed promptly, and passengers are expected to respect the drivers and their vehicles at all times.

6. Cancellation Policy

Passengers and drivers may cancel a ride under specific conditions. Frequent cancellations without valid reasons may result in penalties or account suspension. Cancellation fees may apply as per QuickDrive’s policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuickDrive acts as a platform to connect passengers and drivers. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising during or after a ride. Both parties are advised to resolve issues amicably.

8. Updates to Terms

QuickDrive reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
